About Pearfall Consulting
Perrin attended Baylor University where she got a Education degree in Health and Computer Information Systems while working as an athletic trainer for Baylor Football and Volleyball.
Perrin’s first position out of college, at Enron, helped to establish a strong sense of working in the business world as a team member and her relationships formed during that time are still strong today.
Following Enron, Perrin went to work at Apache Corporation which led her to the organization, Fund for Teachers (FFT), where she was able to combine her love for Education and organization. While with FFT, an amazing organization that recognizes that teachers know what will make them better teachers, she developed and grew her project management, professional facilitation and organizational skills.
Perrin moved back to her home state of Vermont in 2016 where she worked for a short time for Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in two capacities, with ImagineCare as a Product Manager and for the Simulation Center as the Operations Manager.
With the support of others, Perrin started Pearfall Consulting in September 2017. Since that time she has consulted for Haystack Needle starting as the Head of Operations, moving into a Team Lead of Operations role and most recently as the Chief Operating Officer.
Her experience has afforded her 25 years of experience in information analysis, strategic planning, process improvement, change management and goal setting. Effectively launching, directing and managing multifaceted programs ensuring the success of each project along the way. She is highly organized with strong skills in group facilitation, staffing and training.
Perrin loves her home state of Vermont but has strong ties and connections to Texas. She has a background in theater, as well as athletics, and continues to make those elements a priority in her life. Perrin is committed to her family and enjoys spending as much time with them as possible.
Perrin brings a bit of flare with her love of bling and glitter to her everyday life while doing it all in a controlled and structured way.
